2022 Upper Valley Community Survey Results

As part of ALL Together’s assessment process, a community survey was developed and first administered in 2018 to collect baseline information of community norms. We just completed the 2022 administration of the survey and will use this information to assess whether any changes occurred. This community survey was used to collect information from residents in the Upper Valley region using a series of questions around community norms and perception of harm, as well as questions intended to elicit feedback to provide information in directing strategic prevention initiatives. Young Adult Assessment Report: The status of substance use & mental health resources and challenges

ALL Together, in collaboration with the Upper Valley and Greater Sullivan County Public Health Network, conducted an assessment of substance use and mental health resources serving and available to young adults (age 18-25). This assessment included interviews with key stakeholders, focus groups, and secondary data available from NH’s Young Adult Health Assessment (2019). Through this assessment we learned about the resources and supports available to young people in the Upper Valley, and also the challenges or gaps in services. This information was and will continue to be shared with partners, and used to inform our action plans and strategies to make improvements. Click the button below to view the report.
